Coming soonA calm companion for life on a GLP-1 medication.
Log your doses, symptoms, weight and protein in one place, see where you are in your weekly cycle, and bring a clear summary to your doctor.
Weekly GLP-1 medications come with a rhythm: the days right after an injection can feel very different from the days before the next one. GLP is built around that rhythm. Log each dose, and the app shows which day of the cycle you are on and what is coming up.
Everything else you log — symptoms, weight, protein — lines up against the same cycle, so patterns are easier to see. When it is time for an appointment, GLP turns your own logs into a short report you can show or send to your doctor.
GLP does not suggest doses and does not replace medical advice. It is a tracker that keeps your information in one place and in order.
Record each injection with date, dose and site. See which day of the cycle you are on and when the next dose is planned.
Note symptoms and how strong they are in a few taps. If you log a symptom that needs attention, the app tells you to contact your doctor.
Track protein rather than counting every calorie, with quick add and a product barcode lookup.
Follow your weight as a trend, and see on which cycle days symptoms tend to appear.
A clear summary of your doses, symptoms, weight and protein for any period — on screen, or as a PDF to share.
No ads. Progress photos stay private, you can export your data, and you can delete your account from the app.

One shared codebase for iOS and Android, on a backend we run ourselves.
Important: GLP is a tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, does not suggest doses, and does not replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist. If you have severe symptoms, contact your doctor or local emergency services.
